Safety and Quality as Core Focus

Safety production and product quality were key topics. The company signed the “Safety Production and Quality Target Management Responsibility Agreement” with all offices and construction teams, clarifying responsibilities to ensure effective implementation.

To further enhance site safety and project quality, the company introduced new guidelines, including the “On-Site Construction Safety and Quality Control Plan,” “Construction Team Star Rating System,” and “Completion Inspection Standards.” These documents provide clear procedures and incentives to encourage improved management and project performance, laying a solid foundation for sustainable development.
